Shipping Policy

           We have the right to change our policy at any time without any notice.

The descriptions of our individual wines include pricing for individual bottles and cases of 12 bottles.

Wine may be shipped to any address in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. Local laws prevent us from shipping to certain zip codes. If your zip code indicates that we do not ship there, we will inform you via email. California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax

P. O. Boxes will not be accepted

We ship our wines via UPS. All purchasers of wine must be at least 21 years of age. Adult signature is required for delivery.

Availability

Winxwine.com cannot guarantee the availability of all items on our website. Occasionally we run out of items or have sudden vintage changes. In the event that we do, we will contact you via email or telephone and allow you to substitute another product. Although we do our very best to update our website and inventory daily, some situations may be out of our control. We reserve the right to change or adjust pricing due to human error at any time. Any pricing change, adjustment or availability of the item will be confirmed via email.

Damages

We are not responsible for any damage, loss, destroyed, discard or any other actions that maybe taken by the transportation company to your shipment. If any of the above damages or actions occur to your shipment, it is your responsibility to resolve it with the transportation company or governmental authorities.

Returns

winexwine.com do not have any return policy. Please be informed that all sales are final.

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES! There are 2 options for purchasing from winexwine.com. You may pick up your products at our store location in Los Altos, California, or you can ship your products to yourself or to whomever you want to send them to via UPS Ground.

Billing Information

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified, you have to provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

Shipping and Handling Costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area please e-mail us your zip code and number of bottles. Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options. Our shipping containers hold 1, 2, 3-4, 6, or 12 bottles of wine.

Legal Disclaimer

The buyer assumes title of the wines and spirits or both once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine or spirits, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the buyer. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines or spirits or both into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine, spirits and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine or spirits shipped to him or her.

All items are sold from our licensed location in California. Title of the goods then pass to the buyer. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment. By placing an order, you authorize us to act as an agent on your behalf to engage a common carrier to ship your order to your selected designation.

Our clientele is reminded that various states impose limitations on the quantity of alcoholic beverages, which may be purchased and brought into their jurisdiction by a purchaser from another state without requiring the purchaser, a seller or shipper to possess certain licenses or permits. Winexwine does not, as a condition of sale, assume any obligation nor bear any responsibility whatsoever for applying or obtaining any permits or licenses. Therefore, we recommend that you investigate the possibility of such limitations and determine the manner in which alcoholic beverages shall be brought into your state from California so as to comply with all of your state's requirements.
